I was having trouble adding captions to the different pictures so they aren't labeled.
Above you can see two pictures that Brad took of the three of us.
It was fun sharing a tea with them.

Tea at Perennial Pleasures Nursery and Tea Garden

On a very rainy day Star and Ann sat outside on the covered veranda of this charming tea house.
It felt as if we were having tea on a rainy day in England.

We are wearing our coats for tea but the picture doesn't show the rain...

What a rich dessert which we shared...

Loved these flowers located at the front door as we were leaving...

Star had arranged breakfast for us overlooking Lake Champlain, then a narrated wagon tour of the buildings, followed by a narrated tour of the house and finally a tea.

At the entrance...

Driving past the elegant barn complex to the house for breakfast...

Some of the architecture...

Beautiful stair case...

Two of the many fireplaces in the house...
This was and is the sole heat source for the house...

This umbrella stand really caught Ann's eye...

A brief view of the gardens...

A brief view of the Trapp Family Lodge

Star loves her time share which overlooks the pond. Of course Ann loves it too.

Although the weather was a bit "dodgy" we had a wonderful visit.

The gardens were beautiful and Ann captured wonderful pictures on a cloudy day...

The sun decided to pop through the clouds...

The beautiful floral displays continue inside the buildings...

The view of Star's time share which overlooks the pond...

There were several local visitors seen daily...

Some of the sheep who had the job of mowing the grass...

Don't remember seeing brown sheep before...
